Workspace Solution Architect Join to apply for the Workspace Solution Architect role at Pythian. Location Canada | Remote – Work from home anywhere in Canada or the US with a stable internet connection. Responsibilities Pre‑Sales and Solutioning: lead complex pre‑sales engagements, crafting bespoke solution architectures that integrate Google Workspace with existing enterprise systems and ISV solutions; drive commercial scoping and technical validation for multi‑million dollar deals; collaborate with delivery to create accurate effort estimations; support sales with technical components of pre‑sales workshops; deliver demos. Delivery and Consulting: drive technical execution of post‑sales engagements, oversee large‑scale platform migrations and enterprise‑wide Google Workspace deployments, provide hands‑on architectural design and advanced configuration; maintain a 50% billable target to contribute to practice revenue. Offering Development and Partner Engagement: serve as subject‑matter expert working with offerings manager to develop new service offerings; cultivate relationships with Google Cloud and ISV partners; build and nurture partner ecosystems. Thought Leadership and Customer Enablement: define digital workplace roadmaps, produce high‑impact content, explain technical details to stakeholders. Qualifications 10+ years of IT consulting or architectural experience, at least 5 years focused on enterprise‑scale Google Workspace solutions. Deep expertise in Google Workspace suite, deployment strategies, data migration, security configuration, and integration of 3rd‑party solutions. Executive consulting skills: engage and influence CIO, CTO, CISO; align technology solutions with measurable business outcomes. Pre‑sales experience: lead technical components of the sales process with demos, objection handling, and complex scoping. Partner ecosystem knowledge: understand how to leverage ISV solutions. Leadership and communication skills; ability to articulate complex strategies to technical and non‑technical audiences. Certifications: Mandatory – Google Cloud Professional Collaboration Engineer (formerly Google Workspace Administrator), Desired – Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
