Subprime Finance Manager Kelowna Kia is looking to add a Subprime Finance Manager to join our growing team. For the right candidate, this is a high income role with enormous potential. Responsibilities Handle front and back end Sales and Finance (store will buy subprime leads as well as overflow from finance department) Maintain and develop an excellent customer experience Display knowledge of all business products offered (Warranty, Insurance, Protection Package, etc.) Guarantee all legal and financial information is protected Support Sales team to ensure success Qualifications 1-3 years of previous finance experience in the automotive industry is an asset Previous managerial experience Knowledge of sales and finance process Extensive subprime finance knowledge Excellent organization skills Able to obtain and maintain VSA license Must be eligible to work in Canada Perks & Benefits High income potential Industry leading Sales + Finance processes that maximize penetration + profitability Car allowance/demo vehicle for the right candidate Comprehensive benefits package Volume dealer with high level of opportunities per month A fun, exciting and fast-paced environment Opportunities for promotion due to our exciting growth Salary: $130,000 - $260,000 per year.
