Digital Asset Planning/Strategy Lead – Affinity On behalf of our Healthcare client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking for a Project Manager – Digital Assets Lead to support the Symbio Program. The role of DAL encompasses the strategic planning of digital assets required to support overall clinical transformation in the province. Subsequent to aligning on the assets that will be advanced over the next three (3) years, the DAL is expected to lead project management efforts and drive the implementation of the digital assets roadmap to support alignment and integration with the new provincial Clinical Information System (CIS). Responsibilities Development of a provincial digital assets roadmap that is aligned with the Symbio Program Develop strategies, roadmaps, high-level and detailed project plans with supporting communications plans, change management and training plans for each project/initiative. Collaborate with clinical, business, technical and operational stakeholders to gather input and insights for the development and refinement of business requirements and proposed project scope. Design and develop facilitation sessions to validate the existing requirements and collect net new business and information technology requirements, including gap analysis. Create and maintain detailed process and solution documentation, including workflows, use cases, user guides, and training materials, to ensure seamless end-user adoption. Develop various levels of project reporting – executive, program, team, etc. in the form of weekly status reports, executive dashboards, etc. Conduct comprehensive analysis of business and client requirements to support the development, operations, and deployment of the clinical standardization project; recommend and implement solutions to achieve defined objectives, monitoring their effectiveness. Qualifications University degree in Healthcare Sciences, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Informatics, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of applicable education and experience. Minimum 8 years of experience in digital health planning and implementation, including cross-functional collaboration across clinical, operational, and business domains, with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams directly or in matrix environments. Minimum 8 years of experience in business, program, and project planning within a healthcare environment, managing diverse stakeholders and focusing on goal definition, detailed scoping and tactical planning, and risk/issues management with strong problem-solving capabilities. Minimum 8 years of project management and delivery experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting, overseeing large cross-functional teams and ensuring multiple projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Candidate must be available to start work on or about the date specified in Section 8 of the Statement of Work. Minimum 8 years of experience leading and managing digital health projects from conception to completion within digital health organizations, consulting firms, or care delivery settings, ensuring alignment with strategic business, clinical, and operational goals. Minimum 5 years of experience developing digital health strategies and roadmaps at provincial or regional scale to improve care delivery, patient outcomes, system efficiency, or operational performance. Minimum 8 years of stakeholder management experience, engaging both public and private sectors, facilitating discussions, and building consensus among clinical, business, technical, and operational teams. Minimum 5 years of experience translating business and clinical needs into actionable business requirements and project scopes aimed at delivering specific outcomes. Minimum 8 years of experience working with a high level of self-direction and strong interpersonal skills, confidently collaborating with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders at all levels. Minimum 8 years of experience in verbal and written communication, including executive and program-level reporting, facilitation, and presentation skills, ensuring high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.
