Responsibilities Lead the global project team to execute digital projects on schedule, at or below budget, delivering the contracted scope to all applicable codes and standards. Act as the key customer contact for assigned projects. Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. Maintain regular verbal and written contact with key representatives, documenting all key project events and issues. Identify and evaluate new digitalization potentials and opportunities. Manage project risks through assessment, risk mitigation planning, and forecasting. Plan projects by developing budget allocations, overseeing schedule development, identifying critical path activities, and executing within the ATS gate process and milestones. Handle project financials: submit on‑time billing and invoicing, document deliverables and milestone payments, obtain necessary approvals, and prepare accurate forecasts. Lead and mentor project teams, enforce procedures, conduct weekly DVMs, and issue project updates. Ensure compliance with safety, hazard assessments, equipment, HSE training, and quality requirements. Advocate for customers, deliver maximum satisfaction, proactively address concerns, and partner with the ATS Account & Project Manager. Attend project status meetings as requested by Program or Project Management. Track contract changes, prepare and manage Change Order RequestsCORs), and execute changes only after customer agreement. Qualifications Post‑secondary college diploma or studies in business informatics, controls engineering, digitization, or a comparable qualification. Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset. Demonstrated experience in project management or execution, ideally within digitization, IT, or industrial automation contexts. Exposure to leading projects or teams with budget responsibility, resource planning, and forecasting. Ability to work effectively with customers under deadline‑driven and high‑pressure conditions. Familiarity with digital twin, virtual commissioning, IoT, data integration, or related digital technologies. Experience applying structured project management methods; knowledge of the ATS internal gate process is a plus. Confident use of project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and digital collaboration platforms. Strong analytical skills and a solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving. Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams. High level of initiative, ownership, and enthusiasm for innovation and digital transformation.
