This is a full-time position in Duncan, SC.Work ScheduleShifts available: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM.ResponsibilitiesLead the shipping team and oversee all outbound shipmentsProcess shipments via FedEx, UPS, and internal systemsEnsure proper packaging to prevent shipping damageSelect carriers based on best practices for cost and serviceAccurately capture dimensions and weights for all packagesComplete bills of lading for outbound shipmentsCommunicate shipping information to project managersSupport other warehouse teams as neededWork with the Shipping Manager on staffing and cost decisionsMaintain clear, effective communication with all team membersPerform other duties as assigned by managementPerform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as requested by managementQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED5+ years of experience in a shipping department (preferred)2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role (preferred)Familiarity with FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip (preferred)Experience with transportation management software (preferred)Communicate effectively both verbally and in writingDemonstrate strong interpersonal and listening skillsSit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods of timeMove frequently throughout the plant and office areasLift up to 50 lbs independentlyStay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environmentCollaborate well with cross-functional teamsSeniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesAdvertising ServicesGreenville, SC $98,400.00-$164,000.00 6 days ago #J-18808-Ljbffr
