The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence across key verticals—especially within the non-profit sector or Microsoft solution landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the Ontario regionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across the non-profit sector or Microsoft solution ecosystemBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clientsUnderstand customer needs and position appropriate Microsoft products and solutionsCollaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored proposals and presentationsManage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closureTrack and report on pipeline development, forecasts, and performance metricsRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesKey Requirements8–10 years of proven experience in business development or salesStrong background in selling Microsoft products (e.g., M365, Azure, Dynamics) or hands-on experience working with or selling to the non-profit sectorDeep understanding of IT solutions and consultative selling approachesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional teamKnowledge of the Canadian/Ontario market dynamics is a strong plusPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fieldMicrosoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals/Sales/Partner programs)Experience with CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics or SalesforceWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and performance-based incentivesFlexible work arrangements (hybrid/remote)Opportunities to work with purpose-driven clientsProfessional development and training supportA collaborative and inclusive work environmentJoin Xtreme Productivity and contribute to transformative projects that support not-for-profit and charitable organizations across New Zealand, Australia, and Canada.
