About this Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This part‑time opportunity provides hands‑on exposure to IT and business transformation projects, offering a chance to work directly with project managers, technical teams, and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field who is eager to take on a dynamic role in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities Support the planning, execution, and tracking of internal and client projects. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items. Assist in maintaining project documentation, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders. Support process improvement initiatives and documentation. Skills and Knowledge Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams. Familiarity with project management principles and tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project, Asana, Planner, or similar). Attention to detail with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset. Interest in technology, business transformation, or IT project coordination. Education and Experience Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role (including co‑op or volunteer experience) is an asset.
