If you are motivated, collaborative, and aligned with our values, we would love to hear from you.ValuesInnovationCustomer FocusIntegrity and TrustEntrepreneurshipRespectCommunicationWhat You’ll Be ContributingRespond to customer requests through the receivable inbox, with regards to collections.Answer incoming calls from the Accounts Receivable extension.Send invoices and statement copies.Reconcile customer accounts.Handle the recovery of unpaid accounts.Receive credit card requests and process them in Moneris.Request payment remittances to customers.Respond to all customer inquiries and record notes in Excel.Investigate, follow up, and solve customer disputes.Participate in any other projects assigned by the manager.What Sets You ApartCollege diploma preferred.Relevant experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role.Customer service and collection experience using multi‑currency systems.Proficiency in French, spoken and written.Strong computer skills using Word and Excel.Knowledge of analysis and reconciliation is an asset.Experience with SAP Business One is an asset.Good organizational skills, with the ability to innovate, be versatile, and autonomous.Ability to multi‑task priorities within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate.What’s In it For YouHybrid work model: 3 days onsite, supported by competitive benefits.Comprehensive health benefits covering a wide range of medical needs.Health Spending Account (HSA).Employer‑matched RRSP Program.Paid floating days.Our head office will soon relocate to a new, state‑of‑the‑art facility in LaSalle, near the Lachine Canal, reflecting our commitment to responsible growth and innovation.About HypertecFounded in 1984, Hypertec empowers innovators to push boundaries and lead their industries through transformative technology.
