Manage verification, acceptance, counting, and inputting into D365 Microsoft system of all incoming goods and their condition.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the workload daily and working together with the warehouse supervisor and teamWork well in a fast-paced environmentCompleting all receiving/shipping/picking/packing/inventory checks as required for quality controlPrioritize and pick material to fill and process ordersMaintain picking accuracy and responsibility for complete and correct shipments to customersMonitor inventory levels of product dailyPrint and process various documents, e.g., picklist, packing list and bill of ladingsEnsure shipping and receiving documents are completed and correctLoad and unload inbound and outbound freightManage and meet the needs of customer delivery dates and delivery deadlinesAssemble ordersOperate a forklift and pump truck safelyPerform other duties as requiredQualificationsStrong communication skills both written and spokenGood organizational and planning skillsAbility to perform repetitive, manual material handling without restriction requiring (but not limited to) the following physical abilities: kneeling, bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and graspingWillingness to learn and adaptable to changeOperates with utmost professionalism and confidentialityPrevious experience in order picking, packing using RF Scanners, and general warehouse duties is an assetStrong computer skills, specifically shipping softwareExperience in logistics, dealing with various freight/courier partnersForklift Experience is an assetAbout UsFounded in 1882, J.D.
