Job Description Please note this is a 1-Year contract opportunity*** About the role We’re seeking an experienced digital marketing technologist to join the Global Digital Publishing team as Digital Email Specialist. In this role, you’ll primarily focus on managing global email templates and content, including component development, using Adobe Marketo Engage, while also supporting global web publishing initiatives. You’ll partner closely with the Global Digital Channels team, as well as our technology partners and email marketing teams across our global business groups. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Marketo with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices. Reporting to Manager, Global Digital Publishing What will you do? Build new email templates, edit existing ones, review content accuracy, and maintain proper structure to produce and ensure consistent, optimized digital experiences that deliver measurable results Proficient in Marketo with a deep expertise in email marketing and its best practices (deliverability, SEO, UX, analytics, and accessibility) Understand and maintain knowledge of Marketo and email trends Conduct QA on links, formatting and troubleshooting HTML, CSS and email rendering issues across devices and browsers Build a solid training and documentation strategy to mentor and train others Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate new features, enhance email functionality, and improve user experience Ensure visual imagery aligns with the organization's design standards and branding to foster a cohesive identity across digital channels What do you need to succeed? 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing email content updates and publishing workflows, preferably using Adobe Marketo Engage Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field Strong knowledge of HTML, GA4, CSS, and email-specific coding practices. Proficiency in using email testing and rendering tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid), including A/B testing and optimization for email campaigns Detail-oriented and able to drive adoption and improve efficiencies across email and web channels Excellent organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Initiative-taker, problem-solver, and innovator who looks for new, sometimes unconventional approaches and improvements Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective relationships with key stakeholders and partners Preferred Skills Preference for a Marketo Certified Expert Publishing experience with familiarity with Content Management Systems (AEM) Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset What's in it for you?
