As a Personal Insurance Executive, our Personal Lines division of HUB International is focused on our clients providing expert advice and solutions based on our client’s insurance needs utilizing our own in house Personal Lines program, High Value programs, special risk and regular market offerings tailored for our clients.

What you will bring to the team -

  • Level 2 General Insurance License
  • 3 yrs minimum Experience as a PL producer or account manager
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You are a problem solver offering unique solutions utilizing all offerings at Hub International
  • You are finding a way to say YES for the client
  • You are results driven and enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding your goals
  • You are always responsive and have a sense of urgency to serve the client’s needs as your top priority
  • You are a claims advocate for your client
  • You enjoy building your new business relationships by asking for the business
  • You enjoy establishing referrals through local Realtors, Notaries, Mortgage Brokers and Centers of influence in your community
  • You will seek out leads through other business lines including auto and commercial

Salary Expectations –

The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, ie., 00, plus commissions will be paid based on successful sales performance. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses for some positions.
