Medical Laboratory Technologist – Core Lab (Regular Part‑Time) Location: West Parry Sound Health Centre. About the Opportunity Reporting to the Manager of Laboratory Services and Medical Imaging, the incumbent will perform the performance and interpretation of diagnostic laboratory tests and associated tasks and duties as required. Hours include all shifts, including weekends. About the Benefits Hourly salary of $36.84 - $50.24 based on experience, plus: Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) 4% vacation pay and 14% pay in lieu of fringe benefits (12% if enrolled in HOOPP) Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) Wellness Program & Onsite Gym More About You Qualifications: Completion of a recognized General Medical Laboratory Technologist program Current active, practicing registration with CMLTO Previous experience in laboratory technology performing general work in all areas Demonstrated problem‑solving skills Effective organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with laboratory computer applications and software Ability to work independently and accurately Knowledge of quality assurance programs and accreditation standards Excellent attendance, work performance, and positive work references Please note: For the safety and well‑being of our patients, employees, and visitors, you must provide proof of COVID‑19 vaccination before commencing employment, with applicable exemptions.
