The Opportunity We are currently seeking a Treasury Co‑op Student to join our Treasury team. The role reports to the Manager, Treasury and requires strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, along with a passion for learning. The work term commences in January 2026 and lasts for 12 months. Responsibilities Outgoing Payments Coordinate payment runs and execute account and wire transfers using SAP and financial institution web‑based applications. Manage cheque processes including maintaining cheque log, cancelling and reissuing cheques and delivering cheques to various groups. Assist with preparing journal entries. Cash Forecasting & Management Assist with monitoring daily cash position including: Updating cash forecasting models. Monitoring field office petty cash accounts. Reconciling daily deposit amounts in ARC’s various bank accounts and updating the Joint Venture tracker. Prepare notices for credit facility draws and update borrowing spreadsheets. Miscellaneous Assist with counterparty credit reviews. Assist with reconciling daily transactions and deposits. Assist with managing letters of credit. Assist with creating interest rate and foreign exchange entries in SAP. Other projects as required. What You Will Bring To ARC Ideal for students entering the third or fourth year of a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a preference for Accounting or Finance specialisations who are returning to their studies the following term. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through and resolve issues with good communication skills. Exceptional organisational skills and a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Intermediate MS Office/365 skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
