Role Overview We’re looking for a HubSpot Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll guide clients through onboarding and optimization of HubSpot, acting as their go-to expert. You’ll configure tools, migrate data, run training sessions, and ensure clients get real business value from their CRM and marketing automation investments. CRM Implementation & Configuration Set up and configure HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs) tailored to client needs. Integrate HubSpot with other tools and systems to streamline business processes. Conduct data migrations and set up automated workflows that enhance efficiency. 2. Client Discovery & Strategy Lead virtual discovery sessions to understand client goals, challenges, and existing processes. Map out optimal solutions and recommend best practices to maximize HubSpot’s capabilities. Collaborate with clients to design and implement sales, marketing, and service workflows. 3. Training & Enablement Host regular training sessions via Google Meet to empower clients with hands‑on HubSpot knowledge. Provide documentation, how‑to guides, and ongoing support resources for end users. Offer tips and best practices for sales enablement, inbound marketing, and customer success. 4. Project Management & Client Success Manage 10–12 client implementations concurrently, overseeing timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Keep projects on track by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Maintain relationships with clients to drive high product adoption and satisfaction post onboarding. 5. Ongoing Optimization & Growth Analyze client data and CRM usage to identify areas for improvement. Suggest advanced strategies (e.g., lead nurturing, pipeline optimization, customer feedback loops). Share insights with the ThinkFuel team to refine and scale our onboarding process. Requirements 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (Marketing, Sales, and Service modules). Strong track record of CRM implementations, including data migrations, integrations, and automation. Project management skills—ability to balance multiple implementations while keeping clients engaged and informed. Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable leading virtual trainings and client strategy sessions. Familiarity with marketing automation, inbound marketing principles, and sales process optimization. Diligent and organized approach to managing timelines, tasks, and client expectations. Preferred/Bonus Qualifications HubSpot Certifications (Service Hub Software, Sales Software, Marketing Software). Previous agency or consulting experience. Bilingual (French/English) is a strong asset. Strong data management and analytics skills. Experience with additional CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) or marketing tools (Marketo, ActiveCampaign).
