If you thrive on solving problems, getting your hands dirty, building strong relationships, and keeping equipment running at its best, this is your chance to shineWhat You’ll Do✅ Be the go‑to expert for troubleshooting, training, and dealer support.✅ Build strong partnerships with dealership service teams and factory reps.✅ Lead pre‑delivery inspections (PDI) and ensure top‑quality equipment readiness.✅ Create engaging training materials and deliver hands‑on sessions.✅ Manage warranty processes and drive product improvement programs.✅ Travel to customer sites which may require overnight stays to provide technical support, programming, and complete repairs when necessary.✅ Ensure health & safety compliance from toolbox talks to inspections.✅ Bi‑weekly cycling of XCMG equipment inventory.✅ Removing and replacing parts on equipment inventory as required.✅ Loading and unloading equipment inventory as required.What You Bring✔️ Red Seal Heavy Duty Technician certification.✔️ 5+ years as a Service Technician in construction equipment.✔️ Deep industry knowledge and experience with dealership service operations.✔️ Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (safety training is a bonus).✔️ Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing schedules.What We Offer$1,000/Month Vehicle Allowance (Ideally, your vehicle will be a Pick‑up Truck as you may be required to haul parts.)100% Employer‑Paid Health & Life Insurance11 Paid Holidays + Paid Personal Days + 15 Vacation Days$250 Annual Work Boot Allowance + $400 for Prescription Safety Glasses (every 2 years)Company‑Sponsored Training & Career DevelopmentCasual Dress Code – We’ll Supply the ShirtWork Schedule & Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and manage up to 50 lbs.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionOther; Industrial Machinery Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
