Customer Experience Associate – Future Opportunities Langley, British Columbia, Canada. Part‑time – Entry level. Job Description Perform a broad range of customer service transactions and provide information or advice on services, products, and solutions to current or prospective TD customers. Key Accountabilities Customer Provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction and contribute to branch-wide customer experience improvement. Complete a broad range of financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, etc.) accurately and efficiently. Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalating when necessary. Identify customer needs, determine solutions, and open a limited range of products and/or services. Shareholder Support business objectives by meeting advice goals and promoting products, services, and banking capabilities. Understand and apply operating policies and procedures. Contribute to operational excellence and support timely, accurate completion of business processes. Escalate non‑standard or high‑risk transactions or activities as needed. Participate in process improvement opportunities and due diligence to ensure transaction accuracy. Adhere to the Bank Code of Conduct. Employee / Team Actively participate as a team member and promote a positive work environment. Continuously develop knowledge in the own area and engage in cross‑training. Communicate effectively to keep others informed of day‑to‑day activities. Support an equitable and inclusive workplace that values diversity. Represent the bank as a brand champion internally and externally. Breadth & Depth Execute routine customer transactions with limited financial impact. Possess broad knowledge of the basic product suite relevant to the business. Recommend customer solutions from established options and follow standardized advice procedures. Escalate non‑standard issues internally, addressing routine requests that require minimal discretion. Improve processes within the own work area and communicate product or process information clearly. Work toward reporting under a Manager – Customer Experience or Branch Manager. Experience & Education High school diploma (mandatory) and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Post‑secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred.
