Sales Specialist – Brand Momentum Join our team as a Territory Sales Specialist and be at the forefront of selling our ground‑breaking smoke‑free tobacco products. This role focuses on engaging customers, building relationships across Calgary, and driving retail sales performance. Role Overview Drive retail sales performance within an assigned territory by visiting two retail locations daily, building strong customer relationships, delivering confident product presentations, and meeting sales targets. Must be comfortable commuting across Calgary during shifts. Details Territory: Calgary, AB Vehicle: Access to a car is mandatory Start date: As soon as possible Contract: Until December 31, 2026 Hours: 28–40 hours per week Schedule: 4–5 shifts per week (7 hours per shift – 6 hours of work + 1 paid hour for travel) Compensation: Competitive hourly rate with an increase after 3‑month probation plus monthly sales incentives Training: 2‑week training period; successful completion of the assessment required Key Responsibilities Field Sales & Relationship Building: Visit 2 retail locations daily, spending 3 hours per location, fostering relationships and engaging customers. Customer Engagement: Confidently approach and educate potential customers about the benefits of smoke‑free devices, creating engaging conversations that build interest. Expert Technical Demonstrations: Conduct hands‑on product demonstrations and communicate key features and benefits clearly. Sales & Customer Registration: Achieve sales targets, register customers, and handle objections effectively. Tech‑Savvy: Proficient in using phones/tablets for reporting and data entry. Retailer Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with retail staff and educate customers on device benefits. Solution‑oriented Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Personal Attributes Proven sales track record and ability to achieve targets. Personable and confidence with strong communication skills. Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, able to work independently. Skilled at presenting products with clarity and confidence. Organized, adaptable, solutions focused. Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed; shifts may vary. Must be able to stand for extended periods and transport a 30‑lb mobile table. Background check required.
