As our Post Production and Production Coordinator, you will help bring ideas to life through strong coordination, resource management, and hands on production support. You will thrive in a fast paced creative environment where no two days look the same, collaborating with editors, designers, and producers to deliver content that inspires.ResponsibilitiesServes as the main point of contact for post-production on assigned projects, including case study videosAssisting resource management team regarding identifying and booking freelance resources when required, i.e., editors / designers / additional production staffManages multiple small- to medium-sized projects simultaneouslyAssists in and oversees project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are metSecures information and materials from suppliers and negotiates when neededProvides status updates and answers questions for account teams and clientsSets up and coordinates internal and external review screeningsTakes detailed notes in meetings as neededPost-production and production administration such as vendor set up, raising PO’s, liaising with internal finance teams, sending invoices for payment etc.Summarizes project details upon project completionSupporting operations of the creative/production departmentProvides hands-on support for live and pre-recorded productions and eventsAttends site visits and liaises with vendors and suppliers during pre-production and event setupCoordinates logistics such as load-ins, setup timing, crew arrivals, and on-the-ground troubleshooting, as neededSupports on-site during events and shoots to ensure smooth execution and adherence to production schedulesCollaborates with internal and external teams from planning through executionQualifications & SkillsProduction administration supportBachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fieldPrevious experience working within post-productionWe are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
