Technology Lead

OverviewJob DescriptionInfosys is seeking an Technology Lead- AWS and Snowflake Data Engineer. In this role, you will enable digital transformation for our clients in a global delivery model, research on technologies independently, recommend appropriate solutions and contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards. You will be responsible to interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of Information Technology experienceAt least 2 years of AWS experienceAt least 2 years of Snowflake experienceExperience in end-to-end implementation using technologies such as AWS and SnowflakeStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL, Unix shell scripting, and PythonPreferred QualificationsExperience in Banking/Financial domainStrong knowledge Data structures, Data Engineering concepts, Algorithms, Collections, Multi-threading and memory management and concurrencyExperience in large scale cloud data migrations using Snowflake, Python, Spark, SQLSound knowledge of software engineering design patterns and practicesGood understanding of Agile software development frameworksStrong communication and Analytical skillsGood to have experience in Azure/AWS DatabricksAbility to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teamsThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
