Our client is seeking a Bilingual Sales Coordinator to join their supportive team in Stoney Creek, ON. This role offers consistent hours, a calm environment, and clear expectations. What You’ll Do You will be the first point of contact for incoming sales inquiries, providing knowledgeable support to customers and managing sales leads. You will also contribute to the sales cycle by preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer information. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email Convert sales leads into billable transactions Enter accurate quotes and sales orders into internal systems Maintain up-to-date customer and product data Make at least five outbound calls daily to follow up or develop business Support internal teams by coordinating product sourcing and order fulfillment Qualifications Fluency in French and English At least one year of sales experience Clear understanding of the sales cycle Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to handle a fast-paced yet structured environment Comfortable meeting metrics like 20 transactions and 5+ outbound calls per day Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer systems Post-secondary education or relevant sales experience Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate starts at $21.00, increasing to $22.50 after 6 months Eligible for commission after 90 days; first-year earnings around $47,000 to $50,000 Two weeks of vacation plus five personal or sick days annually Year-end performance-based bonus Stable full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Casual, professional office setting with one-hour lunch breaks Work permit holders are welcome to apply Why Work with Us This is a steady and supportive environment where structure and reliability matter.
