Key Responsibilities Execute the strategic vision for the Enterprise Architecture practice. Lead enterprise architecture work across business, solution, application, data, and technology domains. Participate in the Architecture Review Board to minimize technology debt. Architect and develop agentic IT capabilities that enhance business operations and user‑facing automation. Evaluate and rationalize the application portfolio, recommending retirements, consolidations, or replacements. Define and enforce application architecture standards and guidelines. Provide guidance on secure, scalable, and maintainable technology architecture. Produce target state solution architectures and conduct architectural assessments and gap analyses. Partner with data and integration architects to support data integrity, security, and compliance. Collaborate with solution architects to ensure individual solutions align with overall enterprise architecture. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies. Demonstrate and evaluate AI solutions via experimental methods. Build a vibrant learning community within the enterprise architecture discipline. Required Experience & Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. 5+ years as an Enterprise Architect with large‑scale program delivery experience. Experience planning and leading architecture delivery for large‑scale business and systems transformation programs. Knowledge of foundational security, AI, and architecture design. Experience with Marketo and Salesforce. Familiarity with TOGAF/EA methodologies, ITIL processes, cloud strategy, Agile, and security frameworks. Certifications such as TOGAF, CISSP, Azure, AWS, GCP. Proven track record of leading initiatives from concept to delivery in AI platforms such as Microsoft CoPilot and Salesforce Agentforce. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Background in data, application, or solution architecture, integration, risk management, and technology standards. Experience defining and implementing technology governance frameworks. Expertise in enterprise data management and application portfolio management. Understanding of security architecture principles and practices. Hands‑on experience with cloud strategy development and implementation. Experience translating business needs into technology solutions.
