Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist TF Energy Solutions is a trusted logistics company that services customers across Canada and the United States. About the Role Reporting to the Manager of Customer Financial Services, you will be a key member of the Collections team responsible for timely collection of an assigned portfolio, resolving issues, completing special projects, and supporting the Accounts Receivable department. Key Responsibilities Collect assigned portfolio of accounts, ensuring payment terms are respected. Reconcile accounts, investigate invoice challenges, and propose resolutions. Analyze and monitor portfolio risk exposure; structure elevation of risk situations. Produce, distribute, and maintain customer aging analytical reports. Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, minimize risk, and meet corporate cash‑flow objectives. Support general Accounts Receivable collection goals and performance standards. Participate in other project duties as required. Attend meetings with Sales to support customer needs. Qualifications & Skills Post‑secondary education with CCP designation or equivalent academic achievements. Minimum five years of relevant industry experience. Excellent reconciliation, analytical, and investigative skills. Strong Excel proficiency; Power Query or Power BI knowledge is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Superior organizational and time‑management skills; able to meet deadlines. Customer‑service focus and ability to work both independently and in a team.
