Your Opportunity to Lead and Succeed

As Director, SMB Sales – Western Canada, you’ll be at the helm of our regional sales strategy, leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive TELUS’ market share across Western Canada. This role is more than sales leadership—it’s about empowering others, unlocking opportunities, and shaping the future of TELUS in this competitive market.

What You’ll Do

  1. Develop Winning Strategies: Design and execute the sales strategy to drive SMB growth in Western Canada.
  2. Inspire and Lead: Coach and develop a team of Sales Managers and Representatives to exceed ambitious goals and KPIs.
  3. Optimize Performance: Analyze sales activities and KPIs, celebrating wins and applying coaching strategies to maintain momentum.
  4. Collaborate for Success: Partner with Marketing and Product teams to refine campaigns, products, and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Be an Ambassador: Represent TELUS as a senior leader, demonstrating our values and fostering strong relationships across the organization and community.
