Together, we empower our clients with the guidance, tools, and technology to help them live better, longer.Who You AreYou’re a highly organized, proactive leader with a background in administration—preferably in a private medical or wellness setting. You understand the importance of healthy living, customer service, and sales, and you value ongoing training and professional growth.This dual role requires strong time management, organizational skills, and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with solid computer proficiency. You thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and are comfortable leading a team while also handling day-to-day administrative and clinical tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Client Support:Greet clients and manage appointment scheduling for all servicesConduct initial client intake and follow-ups with practitionersMaintain and organize electronic and paper client filesPrepare medical examination rooms and maintain general office tidinessPlan and execute in-clinic eventsWork closely with Marketing, People & Culture, and Directors to engage the community, broaden exposure, and increase revenuePromote Ageless Living services, procedures, and product linesEducate clients on special promotions, treatments, and wellness plansGenerate sales through client consultations and recommendationsBuild professional relationships and community outreach efforts including attending events and hosting eventsParticipate and contribute to marketing initiatives, social media and promotionsGenerate reports and track sales and conversionsOperations & Clinical Support:Arrange medical testing for patients, such as saliva testing, as per MD recommendationsMonitor and maintain clinic and office inventoryAssist in policy development, training initiatives, and professional development conferencesSupport the clinic in non-medical services, with training provided to allow hands-on interaction with clientsWhat You BringStrong leadership, client service, networking skills and sales experienceAdministrative experience in a medical, dental, or wellness setting (preferred)Proficiency in EMR systems, appointment scheduling, and professional correspondenceAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, client-centered environmentA commitment to health, wellness, and personal developmentA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and openness to growthWhy Join Us?Competitive compensation packageGrowth and professional development opportunitiesHands-on training in non-medical wellness servicesComplimentary and discounted Ageless Living services & productsExtended health & dental benefitsApply TodayTo learn more about us, visit www.agelessliving.com.To apply, submit your resume through this job posting.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
