We take pride in being approachable, responsive, and deeply committed to client service.The OpportunityWe are seeking the right fit for a Staff Lawyer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing practice. The successful candidate will support the Managing Lawyer directly with client work in corporate, commercial, and related matters, assisting with transactions, drafting, and client communications as assigned.This role offers flexibility, a supportive mentoring environment, and exposure to complex and meaningful transactions. This role is NOT a business development position; the focus is on the firm’s existing workload and delivering efficient, high quality legal work, responsive client service, and effective collaboration.This position is ideal for a disciplined and diligent lawyer who values true work-life balance and flexibility without the pressures of developing a personal client base or marketing a practice.
