Job title Head of Talent Acquisition What you will do Lead the DEPT® Studio Talent Acquisition recruitment team across UK & Canada Develop and implement a Talent Acquisition strategy for the DEPT® Studio team Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize recruitment processes and strategies Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to share hiring updates and insights Attract candidates and build a network of potential candidates to quickly fill positions Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the entire application process Implement best practices and innovative approaches to attract top talent Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process What we are looking for Proven experience in a senior talent acquisition role, preferably within a creative or agency environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at senior leadership levels A track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making Proven experience placing candidates in in-house positions up to lead and managerial level We offer A flexible, hybrid working policy An excellent salary based on experience and equal pay policies Mental health support and company sick pay scheme 15 days paid holiday annually (plus Public Holidays) Refreshments in the office throughout the week and drinks at 4 pm on Fridays Enhanced family-friendly policies to support new parents Social and cultural events and opportunities to connect with colleagues Inspirational talks and external guest speakers Learning and development opportunities to grow and advance Buddy programme to help you through your first weeks DEPT®’s certification as a B Corp and awards for agency excellence Work with a diverse range of clients and industries Global DEPT® Cares Month supporting local charities Diversity, Equity & Inclusion At DEPT®, we create an inclusive workplace where everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive.
