The Head of Strategic Technology Alliances will own and lead the strategy for building go-to-market relationships with influential AI and cloud platforms that form the backbone of GE Vernova's digital and grid solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in fostering high-value partnerships and co-creating scalable solutions that empower customers in the energy sector.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Alliance Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for engaging with AI and cloud platform partners (Microsoft, AWS, SAP, Itron, etc.), ensuring alignment with GE Vernova's growth goals in grid software, analytics, and energy management.
2. Solution Development & Co-Innovation: Lead the creation of joint solutions by aligning technology roadmaps with partner platforms, enabling co-development initiatives that enhance our product offerings and support industry-specific needs.
3. Go-to-Market Collaboration: Drive go-to-market strategies and coordinate with internal sales and GSI (Global System Integrators) teams to bring new solutions to market, focusing on customer acquisition, expansion, and revenue growth.
4. Executive Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with partner executives, securing their commitment to collaborative goals and facilitating regular executive briefings and strategy sessions.
5. Alliance Program Development: Build and enhance structured partner programs to streamline partner onboarding, training, and enablement, ensuring our ecosystem is primed for rapid deployment and customer success.
6. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align joint initiatives with GE Vernova's product strategy and customer needs.

Required Qualifications

1. Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development focused on software partnerships, particularly in the context of AI, ML, or cloud applications within an industrial or utilities/energy setting.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
3. Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-party alliances, including experience with go-to-market and marketplace strategies that drive measurable results.
4. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML applications and cloud technologies in industry settings, with a proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
5. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating compelling presentations, solution briefs, and customer stories that articulate clear value propositions.

The salary range for this position is $144,000USD - $216,000USD. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for commission.
