We refer candidates to Mercor that collaborates with the world’s leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. Organization: Mercor Position: Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $60–$80 per hour Location: Remote Duration: ~3-4 weeks (with potential extension) Commitment: 10-40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous Role Responsibilities You’ll be asked to create deliverables regarding common requests within your professional domain. You’ll be asked to review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research. Requirements 4+ years professional experience in your respective field.
