We're united by a shared passion for helping individuals find fulfilling careers while supporting the growth of organizations across Canada.What You’ll Do:Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of accounting & finance professionals.Conduct high‑volume outreach, including phone calls, cold calling, and networking.Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with the right opportunities.Provide candidates with guidance on the selection process and career opportunities.Perform reference and background checks on qualified candidates.Coordinate and assist in scheduling client interviews, preparing candidates, and debriefing.Manage social media presence related to recruitment activities.Attend networking and industry events to build connections and increase brand awareness.Client & Candidate EngagementMaintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.Partner with the Business Development Team to provide client‑focused recruitment solutions.Assist in negotiating employment terms and offer packages.Communicate frequently with clients to understand their immediate and future hiring needs.Establish and enhance the Impact Recruitment brand in the Western Canada market.Identify opportunities to grow our business while working closely with candidates and clients.Support the Business Development Team as a recruitment expert in client discussions.Actively contribute to sales and recruitment strategies to drive company success.What You Bring1–3 years of professional experience in recruitment, sales, or a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.A growth mindset with a passion for learning and professional development.Strong communication, relationship‑building, and consultative sales skills.A high sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.University or post‑secondary education (preferred).Experience with ATS/CRM systems (an asset).Knowledge of the accounting and finance industries or construction/ trade (an asset, but not required—we will train).Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.What You’ll GainBase salary: $36,200 - $45,000 + uncapped commission structure (OTE $70,000 - $80,000 in year one).Comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental.3+ weeks of vacation to start.Professional development & career growth opportunities—we promote from withinA positive, collaborative, and high‑energy work environment.Our CommitmentAt Impact Recruitment, we believe in equal opportunity, inclusivity, and a zero‑tolerance policy for discrimination, prejudice, or bullying.
