HVAC Technician

What we are looking for: We require energetic, motivated, and career-minded Installers and Service Technicians responsible for onsite installations, service, and repairs in residential homes. A minimum of 3 years recent HVAC experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters. Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal). Valid Driver's License with a clean record. Clear criminal record. Strong technical, customer service skills, and a track record of meeting company metrics. Effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrollments. Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder. Responsible and accountable, delivering high customer satisfaction with a positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently within a team, completing HVAC installations and commissioning. What will you do: We want our Technicians to master their trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment, advising them on potential services or treatments that suit their needs. Ensure HVAC equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and standards. Follow all Energy Star installation processes and procedures. Educate customers on proper care and maintenance, promoting HVAC options. Complete HVAC equipment inspections. Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle. Promote our products and services on every call. Provide a five-star experience on every call or resolve issues before leaving the customer's home. Request online reviews from customers.
