Key Responsibilities Win and onboard new clients Prospect buildings in your assigned territory and organize a pipeline of leads Meet with prospective clients to qualify opportunities Create and pitch value propositions to compete in bidding processes Present proposals and close new business Negotiate with the best interest of the company and long‑term partnerships Hit and surpass sales targets and new business goals Network and develop relationships with key stakeholders in Real Estate & Property Management Attend industry association functions, tradeshows, golf tournaments, luncheons Experience & Qualifications Honest, competitive, open to coaching, strategic thinking Customer service focused, driven to create long‑lasting partnerships Driven for sales success and rewarded on results Knowledge of contracting maintenance services in any trade is a benefit Proven record of achievement in a similar role is a definite differentiator Experience in Fire Protection not necessary but a definite asset Self‑motivated, sense of urgency, ability to handle rejection Compensation & Benefits We offer an uncapped commission with realistic earning potential of up to six figures in your first year, along with a car allowance/gas card, company‑provided phone and laptop, and industry‑leading benefits.
