You’ll own the recruitment process from start to finish, working closely with hiring teams to find and engage top talent. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on delivering results while keeping the candidate and hiring manager experience front and center.**YOUR MISSION****Major Responsibilities****:*** Own the full recruitment process from intake to offer and onboarding handoff* Partner with hiring teams to fill roles across technical and corporate functions* Source proactively using job boards, sourcing tools, and direct outreach through industry networks* Deliver a smooth, professional experience for candidates and hiring teams* Use data and analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes* Maintain organized workflows and documentation in Workday Recruit* Optimize use of recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, CRM) to support efficient hiring* Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment practices and support workforce planning**Required Education, Experience and Skills:*** Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience* 5+ years of recruiting experience across hourly and salaried roles* Proficient with ATS systems (preferably Workday) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and Indeed* Strong communication and collaboration skills* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple requisitions* Experience using recruitment data to guide decisions and improve processes# **About Regal Rexnord**Regal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
