Account Manager, Commercial Insurance Westland Insurance Group Ltd. invites applications for this role located in Edmonton, AB. Responsibilities Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage. Manage policy renewals, changes, and cancellations. Work closely with industry partners to deliver best insurance solutions. Leverage software and applications to manage and convert leads. Manage client relationships, providing consistently exceptional experience from sales to service. Maintain a client‑first focus through the claims process. Maintain confidentiality and discretion; master time management and multitask. Adapt to changing priorities throughout the day based on client needs. Qualifications 2-3 years of Commercial insurance experience. Broker Level 2 License, working toward CAIB, CRM or CIP designation. Strong verbal communication and ability to explain complex information simply. Experience building authentic relationships. Ready to pivot when priorities change.
