MANAGER, CLINICAL OPERATIONS role at Northern Health - BC Are you interested in an opportunity to grow professionally within a positive and progressive culture? Northern Health is seeking a champion with significant management and leadership experience to join our Clinical Operations department. Key Responsibilities Ensure excellence in the provision of patient-centered care within defined clinical area(s). Provide leadership and direction for operations, management, utilization, risk management, and quality improvement. Lead staffing, monitoring, evaluating, and data gathering, including development of relevant outcome measures. Accountable for efficient, effective utilization of approved physical, financial, and human resources. Guide and coordinate activities of the clinical area(s) in accordance with professional standards. Support the goals and strategic direction of Northern Health. Compensation Starting salary approximately $129,557 to $159,875, based on education, training, experience, and reporting structure. Nearly $100 million in expansions, renovations, and new equipment since 2001, including expanded ER, updated ICU, state-of-the-art maternal-child care centre, MRI unit. Home to a cancer centre for Northern BC with a wide range of treatments including radiation therapy. New Acute Care Tower estimated to open in winter 2031.
