We’re looking for an Ad Operations (AdOps) Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering flawless digital advertising campaigns for our partners. The Role The Ad Ops Manager will oversee the execution, optimization, and delivery of digital ad campaigns across platforms, ensuring campaigns meet performance goals and client expectations. You’ll manage everything from trafficking to troubleshooting, while collaborating closely with sales, creative, and technical teams to drive results. Key Responsibilities Pre‑Sale Support: Partner with sales to forecast available inventory, assess targeting feasibility, and provide pricing recommendations to inform proposals and RFP responses. Campaign Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of digital ad campaigns — from setup and trafficking to monitoring and optimization — ensuring seamless execution. Technical Oversight: Manage ad serving platforms and DSPs, ensuring creative formats, placements, and targeting are implemented correctly. Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign data, identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend strategies to maximize performance. Inventory Management: Manage and optimize ad inventory, ensuring proper placement, pacing, and rotation. Measurement & Verification: Coordinate with third‑party vendors (IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT, etc.) to ensure campaign delivery meets brand safety, viewability, and fraud standards; manage brand lift study implementation with partners like Kantar and Nielsen. Third‑Party Vendor Management: Partner with rich media vendors, supply‑side networks, and inventory partners to ensure flawless execution of creative formats, dynamic units, and premium placements. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, creative, and technical teams to align campaigns with client objectives and business goals. Reporting & Analysis: Deliver accurate, timely campaign reporting, with actionable insights for both internal teams and clients. Process Improvement: Refine and streamline operational workflows to increase efficiency and enhance client satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications Ad Technology Expertise: Strong knowledge of the digital ad ecosystem — including ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, and programmatic media buying, with a focus on Google Ads. Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and able to translate performance data into clear, actionable insights. Problem‑Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve campaign discrepancies quickly and effectively. Organization & Detail‑Orientation: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders. Team Leadership: Experience managing or mentoring a team in a fast‑paced environment (asset, but not mandatory).
