Our client is seeking a Licensed Counter-Balance Forklift Operator to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move stock around the facility, clamp boxes of recycled material and dump into a bin, among other duties as assigned. Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Location: Scarborough, ON Pay Rate: $23.00 / hour + $1.00 Night Shift premium Hours: Day Shift, 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm, Monday to Friday Night Shift, 11 : 30pm to 8 : 00am, Monday to Friday What You'll Do: Operate a forklift to move materials within the warehouse and recycle materials into bins using rotator clamp Perform routine pre and post inspections on forklift equipment Load and unload products from trailers or containers s Stack and store merchandise in the appropriate areas Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist in other warehouse duties as needed Licensed Forklift operator, with experience on a Rotator Clamp is considered an asset Minimum 2 years of experience driving Electric Counter-Balance forklift Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate equipment safely Familiarity with warehouse distribution systems and warehouse management systems Mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting and maintenance tasks Must have a clear criminal background history Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full time hours as required by this position #J-18808-Ljbffr
