Ce rôle stratégique vise à encadrer les opérations du laboratoire et de l’unité END conformément aux exigences NADCAP, AS9100, spécifications clients et normes de l’industrie aéronautique. Le titulaire dirigera une équipe de techniciens et d’inspecteurs certifiés, tout en assurant le maintien de l’excellence technique, la qualité des audits et la conformité réglementaire. Responsabilités principales Laboratoire Chimique Gérer les activités de traitement chimique (anodisation, passivation, gravure, etc.). Assurer la conformité aux normes internes, réglementations environnementales et exigences clients. Maintenir la documentation, la traçabilité et les audits NADCAP (préparation, analyse des écarts, suivi correctif). Encadrer l’équipe de techniciens et veiller à la performance du laboratoire et à l’étalonnage des équipements. Essais Non Destructifs (END – FPI) Superviser les opérations d’inspection par résurgence fluorescent (FPI) dans le respect des normes aéronautiques. Gérer l’entretien, la calibration et le bon fonctionnement des lignes FPI. Rédiger et maintenir à jour les procédures d’inspection et documents de formation. Former, superviser et soutenir les inspecteurs NDT niveaux I et II ; appuyer les fonctions de niveau III. Diriger les audits NADCAP END (préparation, documentation, conformité, actions correctives).  Profil recherché 8 à 10 ans d’expérience en traitement chimique et/ou essais non destructifs dans un environnement aérospatial. 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en gestion dans une entreprise accréditée AS9100/NADCAP. Expérience avérée de direction et réussite d’audits NADCAP (FPI et traitements chimiques). Bonne connaissance des exigences clients (Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, etc.). Maîtrise des audits internes, CAPA, outils d’analyse de cause racine. Solide compréhension des systèmes qualité (AS9100, ISO 17025). Compétences clés Leadership mobilisateur et coaching d’équipes techniques. Sens de l’organisation, pensée critique, résolution de problèmes. Excellente communication écrite et orale (français et anglais). Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement de production rapide et exigeant. Certifications et atouts NDT Niveau III en FPI (atout fort) ou Niveau II avec ambition d’atteindre le Niveau III. Expérience documentée sur deux cycles NADCAP minimum. Certification en sécurité (SIMDUT, SST). Formation ISO 17025 (un atout). Certification Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt – un atout). Formation Baccalauréat en chimie, science des matériaux, génie mécanique ou discipline connexe. Une combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience pertinente sera considérée.
