Send us your resume today We would love to see it Duties and Responsibilities Continuous Improvement: Identify, evaluate, and implement improvements in business processes and operational practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance in all Remco’s divisions. New Client Solutions: Support Business Development team by participating in the design of warehouse and transportation Solutions for new and existing customers. Develop business cases: Prepare needs analysis and problem definition; identify current state, desired future state, and gap. Facilitate ROI analysis to ensure the solutions will be beneficial to the business for any new technology requirements or upgrades. Project Leadership: Lead and manage improvement initiatives across all departments, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Data and Reporting: Compile, track, and analyze operational data to measure progress, identify opportunities, and support decision‑making. Manage MS BI Dashboard development and maintenance. Business lead for IT on projects: Enhance improvement of processes and Transport/Warehouse Management Systems (TMS ‑Truckmate, Mobile Software, Rating software, High Jump WMS, etc.). Training and Development: Educate and train staff in process improvement techniques, Lean methodologies, and process management best practices. Performance Management: Work closely with Transport and Warehouse Managers to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and successfully onboard new customers/accounts. Any other tasks and projects as required. Requirements and Qualifications Degree in Engineering is an asset. Certificate in Process Management, Six Sigma, Lean, or similar is an asset. Strong knowledge of problem‑solving and continuous improvement methods, project management, and analytical tools. Experience in a process improvement position is required. Experience working in a 3PL, supply chain logistics or Transportations environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Software (Truckmate, Omnitracs and High Jump). Strong leadership skills; ability to facilitate cross‑functional teams; ability to manage multiple projects; extensive communication (written/verbal) skills; self‑starter; quantitative aptitude and analytical skills. Demonstrated experience teaching/mentoring others. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and Visio, Visual Basic, and building custom macros in Excel.
