POSITION SUMMARYOur Showroom Design Center Consultant provides a positive customer experience by qualifying, educating and selling countertops.You would make a good Showroom Design Consultant if you:Are a people person who loves talkingTake pride in your work and have a drive to go above and beyondFocus on creating a great customer experience every timeEnjoy being a team player and appreciate collaborating with othersHave exceptional communicationAre open to learn new thingsQUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma with 1-2 years customer service experienceBasic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products and ability to learn other software programsValid driver’s license and a clear criminal record checkStrong organizational skills, with attention to detailAbility to problem solve and handle challenging situations with diplomacy and respectEffective verbal communication skillsBasic mathematical skillsDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESEstablish and achieve Weekly/Monthly Showroom Sales TargetsEstablish and achieve Weekly/Monthly Showroom Closing Rate TargetsEnsure every customer is treated with the “Floform Showroom Experience” as defined by:Ensure Appropriate Showroom exterior/interior Signage for ease of access/flow through the facilityEnsure the showroom is clean and has a professional appearanceEstablish Immediate Greeting/Engagement upon arrival for positive relationship developmentAssists customers with design choices and selection of products that fit their needs/budgetEnsure Express Products are on display and appropriately labelled for ease of sellingImplement the Floform Retail Selling SystemSupport and Develop CSR’s who are involved in the Retail Showroom, cultivating a “team” sales environmentIn addition to assisting customers in person, also assist by email or on the telephone, as requiredProcess orders and accept payment from customersInput orders/quotes into the computer system and establish installation/delivery datesResponds to customer inquiries, complaints and coordinate activities with other departments as necessary; escalates complaints to supervisor as requiredTrack and maintain customer service records through Floform Lead Tracking systemEstablishes proactive communication with customers to ensure understanding of product orderedHandles quality and service issues to develop/maintain customer loyaltyEnsure Quotes/Orders are priced accurately and complete timely retail Quote/Order Follow-upsResolves pricing/invoicing/credit/payment/shipping discrepancies for customer with the appropriate department(s) as requiredCommunicate product/design trends, which should be incorporated in the showroom, to leadershipProvide input and recommend design changes to ensure the local showroom is “Best of Class #J-18808-Ljbffr
