What you can expect to do here: Participates in client meetings and proposal preparation activities; utilize industry‑specific software and related technologies in design and analysis. Prepare engineering design including calculations, specification and drawings for the following building systems: HVAC Plumbing Fire Protection Fuel Systems What you’ll bring to WSP: Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario. Minimum 5 years mechanical engineering and design experience on major complex building projects – experience with large scale, heritage designated projects a distinct advantage. Experience working in different delivery models – CM progressive design packages, Design Build, P3 – is required. Must possess working knowledge of National Building Code of Canada and the Ontario Building Code. Understanding of LEED v4.0 and ASHRAE 90.1 standards. Working level understanding of REVIT MEP 3D is considered a definite advantage. Must be proficient in MS Office Applications.
