Learning Specialist – 10‑Month Term (Full‑Time Contract) Job Overview Cogeco Connexion Inc. is seeking a Learning Specialist to design, develop, and facilitate digital and blended learning solutions for employees across North America. The role requires advanced expertise in eLearning authoring, multimedia production, and instructional design, with a focus on engaging content that supports business objectives. Responsibilities Conduct stakeholder analysis and training needs assessment to identify skill gaps and develop a learning strategy aligned with business goals. Design and develop multimodal learning solutions, including interactive eLearning modules, simulations, assessments, and instructor‑led workshops. Produce and edit video and multimedia materials using production and editing tools. Integrate artificial intelligence tools (e.g., Gemini) to optimize content creation and personalize learning paths. Facilitate training workshops or train‑the‑trainer sessions and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions, proposing continuous improvements. Monitor best practices in instructional design and digital tools, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends. Qualifications At least two (2) years of experience related to the responsibilities. Bilingual – French and English (spoken and written) required. Proficiency in Articulate 360 (asset) and Techsmith Camtasia (asset). Extensive knowledge of artificial intelligence tools such as Gemini (asset). Knowledge of Agile methodologies (asset). Proven experience in instructional design with in‑depth knowledge of adult learning principles. Demonstrated ability to create structured, creative, and innovative learning content. Excellent communication and collaboration skills at all stakeholder levels. Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and accountability for results. People‑ and team‑focused mindset.
