With people at the heart of everything we do, you will support your high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia—while enjoying one yourself.THE ROLEAs the Sr. Manager, Risk, Distribution, you will lead the team to:Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.Establish Aritzia’s approach to Enterprise Risk Management.Minimize the loss of merchandise.Protect our people, our clients, and our communities.Ensure the security of our physical assets.Preserve and safeguard confidential information.THE QUALIFICATIONSThe Sr. Manager, Risk, Distribution, has:Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management.A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.THE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $120,000 – $170,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.We are always looking for top talent.
