Sr SAP Functional Analyst, Record to Report Nutrien is a leading provider of crop inputs and services. This role is on-site. What you will do Work with and provide direction to system integrators in a project setting to ensure SAP solutions in the Record to Report area meet business requirements, achieve high levels of systems integration, follow SAP best practices, and enrich the user experience. Gather requirements, map processes, design solutions, write specifications, and configure within an S/4 environment. Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions that meet business objectives. Determine optimal approaches to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives. Own the solution design and oversee development to ensure it meets business requirements. Define and execute test plans or review outcomes to validate that the solution meets its intent. What you will bring Minimum 7 years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery. Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related field. Experience in S/4HANA FICO with integration to SD, MM, and PP. Hands-on experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger in MTO scenarios and FSCM is a plus. Understanding of RICEFWs and ability to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications. Experience coordinating with banks for AR and AP payment/collection automation solutions (EBS processing) is a plus. Effective communication and problem-solving skills to influence and facilitate resolutions. Ability to work independently or with a team, with both technical and non-technical staff. Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; results-driven.
