Reporting to the Manager, Employment Services, and Academic Upgrading, the successful candidate will deliver the Employment Option Programs in the College catchment area.

  1. Develop, monitor and adjust service plans in collaboration with clients;
  2. Provide ongoing career direction to clients, making appropriate referrals to community services or other employment services as required;
  3. Conduct intake interviews to determine client eligibility and needs, assessments of clients’ eligibility for various employment programs by identifying and documenting clients’ skills, interests, abilities, barriers, educational background, and work experience;
  4. Complete all appropriate file documentation which may include items such as application forms, service plan agreements, releases of information, and obtain necessary identification;
    1. Two-year diploma in the field of Human Services or a relevant/related field. li>
