Team Lead, IT Transformation - Finance, HR and Payroll Under the responsibility of the IT Transformation department, the role of the Team Lead, IT Transformation – Finance, HR, and Payroll is to oversee the management, transformation, and optimization of our application and system projects. The chosen candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of business analysts and coordinating projects, ensuring data consistency and integrity throughout the project lifecycle. You will guide your team through the digital transition and ensure the continuous optimization of deployed solutions, while maintaining the quality and performance of the applications. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the various phases of projects, from design to production, and define project budgets while obtaining their approval. Supervise team members, manage their tasks and priorities to ensure project progress. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and define project requirements and specifications. Write detailed functional specifications and ensure they are understood by all stakeholders. Assess the feasibility of requests and conduct cost-benefit analyses to guide strategic decisions. Plan and assign tasks to team members based on their skills and project priorities. Promote engagement, problem-solving, and the implementation of solutions, while leading the team to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment. Desired Profile Hold a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration (with a concentration in Information Technology is a plus), or a related field. Have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, and application development, including 2 years in team management (a plus). Experience in HR systems, finance, inventory, and payroll systems (a plus). Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, to use various systems and tools and to communicate in English.
