Position: Digital Delivery Manager – Salesforce, Sales Enablement and Automation (SEA) group Compensation: Manager Technology Delivery 19 (Manager) $109,810 – $146,413 annually, plus performance‑based incentive. Location: Hybrid work environment – office 3 days per week. This role can be performed from Ottawa headquarters or from one of our Community Hubs in Toronto, Mississauga, Montreal, Brossard, Laval, Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, or Vancouver. Team And Job Overview The Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) group, established in 2023, empowers customers and colleagues to deliver secure and reliable digital experiences. The Digital Delivery Salesforce, Sales Enablement, and Automation (SEA) team seeks a Manager to implement strategic technology vision by building effective platforms and delivery processes. In collaboration with the Director, the SEA Team Manager will design, develop, support, and operate the SEA team focused on process automation. Key responsibilities include overseeing end‑to‑end transformation life‑cycle, managing risks, blockers, dependencies, scope, budget, and contracts. This people‑management role requires proven success in managing a productive, satisfied team and fostering strong alignment between business and technology teams. What You Will Be Doing Understand key technologies and approaches in process automation, including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and integration. Drive delivery across multiple projects, prioritize, unblock, meet timelines, and maintain budgets. Maintain UX design familiarity with Figma or similar tools. Manage vendor contracts and relationships. Champion process automation technology, providing thought leadership to drive corporate strategic direction. Champion scalable, maintainable, and secure development practices. Maintain understanding of engineering practices like code reviews, architectural decisions, and CI/CD pipeline health. Lead, coach, and grow a team of developers, release managers, testers, and support analysts, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and challenged. Provide regular feedback, career growth opportunities, and performance reviews. Support career development with structured plans, regular 1:1s, and transparent conversations. Work closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to align on goals, scope, and timelines. Contribute to longer‑term strategic planning and technical vision. Help build and manage the SEA team delivery budget (headcount, cloud tools, consultants, and vendor contracts). What We Are Looking For Post‑secondary degree in Engineering, Business or related field. Minimum of 10 years’ hands‑on experience in process automation technology. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Delivery Manager role or similar, overseeing technical staff or project teams. Ability to lead and inspire diverse, cross‑functional teams with an inclusive, collaborative, and high‑performance culture. Advanced knowledge of AI, especially Agentic AI. Knowledge in integration services. Experience managing a delivery budget end‑to‑end (headcount, tooling). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Bilingual in English and French.
