Benefits & Work Environment 4.5 days of work per week, year-round (Friday PM off) Truly flexible working: remote (for residents of Quebec), hybrid or 100% in person, the choice is yours Up to 7 weeks vacation per year plus sick days & personal days Complete group insurance from day one Contribution to your RRSP $400 allowance toward the purchase of ergonomic equipment Access to chair massages, fresh fruit and snacks, gym, sports activities, etc. Regular presentations of projects and new developments Close-knit, caring and inclusive teams, even remotely Job Description As a QA Analyst you will perform the following: Daily Scrum-type meetings with the project development team Develop and execute appropriate test plans according to project specifications Regularly monitor the progress of reported bugs and update test documentation Identify, collect and analyze test data to produce progress reports Create and maintain dashboards presenting KPIs relating to product quality Participate in continuous improvement of the project by providing constructive feedback on quality and fun factor Perform test periods Qualifications College diploma in computer science, multimedia, web, video game, etc. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant QA experience in the video game industry Theoretical and practical knowledge of game types, platforms and development stages Good general computer skills Knowledge of Jira Knowledge of data analysis tools Strong communication skills in French and English, both oral and written Ability to travel outside the country if necessary What We Value In Our Team Passion for video games Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team Good synthesis and analysis skills Good time management and respect of production deadlines Critical sense and ability to question Initiative and flexibility Creativity, thoroughness, attention to detail and observation skills Technical curiosity and eagerness to learn Additional Information Come and make a difference with us #FrimaLife Find out more about us: https://frimastudio.com/a-propos/ About our culture: https://vimeo.com/766900522?share=copyLe The masculine gender is used only to lighten the text.
