Financial Education Advisor, Business Development and Sales Support Join to apply for the Financial Education Advisor, Business Development and Sales Support role at Desjardins. As a Financial Education Advisor, Business Development and Sales Support, you help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You sell products and services through multiple distribution channels, develop and maintain relationships with key clients, and promote and sell products in accordance with your unit’s business objectives. You balance sales objectives, risk management, profitability, and member/client satisfaction while working with complex and diverse needs. Your work requires extensive industry knowledge and the ability to advise and assist practitioners, current and potential members, and clients. You represent Desjardins in important agreements and negotiate product and service terms. Set goals and advise partners, practitioners, members and clients on solutions and strategies. Collect, compile and analyze data and prepare reports with recommendations. Oversee portfolios, assess customer satisfaction and service quality, and implement improvements as needed.
