Advanced Theatre Practitioner (Ophthalmology - PCEU Windsor) 30 hrs Band 6 Advanced Theatre Practitioner (PCEU Windsor) This is a part-time post for 30 hours per week. Main duties of the job We are looking for innovative and enthusiastic individuals with good clinical decision making skills and excellent communication skills to join our friendly team. The ability to demonstrate effective leadership and work in pressurized environment is essential. Job responsibilities To help coordinate the skilled care of patients within their theatre specialty, demonstrating expertise in all aspects of the care of patients. As required, to provide direct support to clinicians and patients. To contribute to the management of the specialty by acting as a professional role model, able to confidently lead a team.
