p>We are seeking an awesome HR Business Partner to join our team In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our leaders, working closely with them to drive business success through people-centered strategies.   1. Partners with designated Sama department heads on talent-related matters including, but not limited to career development, performance management, promotions, conflict resolution, terminations, etc.
  2. Acts as a primary HR Support for employees on a wide range of career-related topics, excluding benefits administration and leaves of absence.
  3. Works in partnership with other members of the People team to develop identified opportunities into programs, projects, policies, etc. li>
  4. Project Manages / leads the HRBP team to develop and implement Talent Management Program at Sama.
  5. Leads engagement survey planning, execution & follow through.
Partners with relevant People team members and organization on Learning & Development and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging programs and trainings.

Qualifications:

  1. 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably with experience in a Business Partner role.
  2. Ability to significantly impact clients as a strategic HR advisor.
  3. Relies on experience and HR knowledge to solve problems efficiently without additional supervision.
  4. Proven ability to create strong business relationships that impacts client group.
  5. Capability to carry out and/or lead projects and initiatives from strategy to delivery.
  6. Strong understanding of HR & Talent Management best practices, programs and interventions.
  7. Experience in Learning & Development is an asset.
  8. Experience in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging programming is an asset.
  9. Experience in the tech industry, ideally from a similar size organization would be an asset.
  10. Fluent in English and French.
